Re: Combi boiler installation (Worcester Greenstar Gr2301iw 25 C Ng). Ark customer since Nov 2022. Superb job. Very pleased with it, The whole installation is very neat and thorough. The new flue is very tidy too - these are often a bit of a bodge and after-thought, made of half-bricks and ‘bits’ that don’t match anything - but Ark slotted-in full bricks, matching the originals as closely as possible. I had an issue with a faulty valve that disabled my central heating in the middle of the Christmas holiday period. Mark agreed to come over very quickly the same day I contacted him and replaced the valve under warranty. Excellent service just before winter really kicked in !
I had started to replace my kitchen tap but ran into difficulty and needed urgent help. I rang and Henry came and finished the job professionally and I now have a fully functioning new tap. It was not so straightforward, due to the old fitting, and I would not have been able to do it myself. I would definitely recommend calling Ark Home Care Ltd. Good work and nice people.
