I have an oil furnace that has seen better days, wanted a second opinion on the performance and condition of the furnace. I gave ARK a call and no more than a day later Ross came by for the inspection. Ross spent about 30 minutes on the furnace and it was back up and running. He throughly explained to me everything that he did and even stayed a little longer to make sure the furnace was in safe-working order. Ross is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly Highly! recommend ARK Heating and Air Conditioning!

I cannot say enough good things about ARK Heating and Cooling. Ross and his crew were incredible from start to finish. They show up right on time as promised and were professional, efficient and polite. They cleaned up and completed the new central air conditioner in short order. The pricing was fair and the workmanship was exemplary. I highly recommend ARK Heating and Cooling to anyone needing Air Conditioning or Heating work done. You simply can't go wrong with ARK.

I called Ross on a Friday afternoon and he showed up right away, gave me a more than fair price and fixed my heat before a cold weekend. Would definitely recommend!
