He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue based on my description, and resolved the problem within half an hour. Super professional, fast, and fairly priced. Ross was great, he came out on a Sunday morning after a Saturday pm call. He was very thorough and honest. We will definitely be using him again!
