Ross was great, he came out on a Sunday morning after a Saturday pm call. He was very thorough and honest. We will definitely be using him again!
I would highly recommend ARK Heating & Air. Called on New Year's Day because our system was in bad shape & had a leak. Ross the owner came out the same day then came back with his guys the next day. We are up & running with heat again. Ross and his workers Joe & Christan are great people. You can't ask for a better crew to work on your HVAC system. Ross and Joe were very professional. I'm an engineer and I was very satisfied with their work. There was a leak on my condenser coil that was already identified but my service provider NJR don't want to fix the leak but rather wanted to replace the whole AC condenser unit for $6800. I called Ark Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to confirm the leak by pressurizing it with nitrogen, soldered the leaking coil, pressurized it again to check for leaks, vacuumed out the nitrogen to a considerable negative psi then fin... read more
