Great gym with a great community atmosphere
A fantastic gym with skilled coaches and a great vibe. CK and the team provide an awesome environment to train in, and the members are super welcoming. I would highly recommend to those who are new to fitness and for experienced athletes too.
I've been a member of Ark Health and Fitness for a few years. I have hit numerous Fitness goals and made so many friends here. If you're on the fence on whether to join, do it! The gym has so many wonderful supportive members and the is a small business not a franchise so if we need any extra support or have any questions we can go and chat directly to CK (gym owner).
Ark Health and Fitness is just great. The atmosphere is unbeatable and everyone makes you feel welcome. The trainers are very professional and attentive, always willing to help.
