On May 30th 2022, this homeowners insurance company dropped my policy without any notice. I found out from my mortgage company. The only correspondence I received from Progressive/Ark Insurance, was a refund check for May 31st. No phone call, no email, no letter. I never filed an insurance claim. I you want an insurance company that will "ghost" you, this is it.
