I reached out to Bobby for a shingle roof installation, along with other quotes from various contractors. He was very persuasive and pleasant during the initial discussions. However, once I approved the project, the situation took a turn. Two workers who didn't speak English arrived, dropped off by Bobby with supplies, and he was absent for three days. I engaged the services of this company for a project, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Disregard the positive reviews as they seem to be biased, likely written by acquaintances of the company. It appears to be a small-scale operation with a few Home Depot employees working under the owner. The pricing is high, and subpar materials are often used for the job. My review serves as a warning to anyone who is looking to use this company and/or Bobby Masih aka Adeeb Masih. I contracted Bobby to resolve a water leak issue in the front of my apartment building in September 2021 right after Hurricane Ida. He began by doing brick pointing and window lentil replacements.
