I initially contacted Ark Furniture in September 2024 about refinishing my grandmother's dining room hutch. It is now March 2025 and I have yet to receive it back despite paying a $1000 deposit. I loved dealing with Alyssa and Kyle. They are sooo sweet. I has them refinish two pieces of furniture that were very dear to me. We discussed my vision and they came through.
