We had our beautiful table removed for a bit over two weeks, it was tough. The kids missed it, my 90 year old mom missed it. We were lost- where to discuss matters of the world? I had Alyssa and Kyle restore my grandmother's cedar hope chest - they did a wonderful job and were super helpful in selecting the finish. It was really dark stain and scratched up, and I wanted to change things up. It now is a beautiful off-white stain - it looks more contemporary, and looks beautiful. I highly recommend them!
I initially contacted Ark Furniture in September 2024 about refinishing my grandmother's dining room hutch. It is now March 2025 and I have yet to receive it back despite paying a $1000 deposit. I have been emailing and calling with no reply, other than an email in January saying it would be done and delivered in February. Since then, no response to my calls or emails.
