Great people who did a lovely job on a couple of antique dresser drawers that had some damage. They matched the original colour really well. Alyssa even delivered them to our home in Pickering. Their price was quite reasonable too. I recommend ARK for excellent wooden furniture restorations.

Summary: Lovely people, poor communication, quality good but not great or as expected, long and unreliable timelines, the piece smells very musty. I was really excited to find a furniture refinisher who cared about furniture quality. We have many pieces to have refinished and were looking for a few to fill gaps. I have a broken dinning chair, have searched for many years trying to find somebody to fix it but failed. Until lately Alyssa showed up so gave it a try. The result turns out astonishingly, I can hardly locate the broken piece, the fixed part blended into the original so well, like it was never broken! Super satisfied with the quality work as well as the communication experience. Highly recommended for anyone who need old/broken furniture to be fixed.
