Sharing my own lesson to spare others - Always assume you will get charged a $125 service fee if Ark visits. I did not make that assumption. I assumed if there was need for a repeat visit within 60 hours of a related repair and no mention of money there would be a discussion before an invoice. Brandon at ARK Electric, Heating & Cooling has been a fantastic HVAC technician for our needs! When he came for a maintenance visit, he found that our system was completely gunked up in drywall dust from when we had our basement finished 2.5 years ago, and prior companies that completed maintenance each year did not show me what was going on within our unit or didn’t actually complete maintenance like o expected them to. We scheduled a deep clean of the blower and coils, along with replacing the secondary backup drain with a... read more

I'm the owner of a small restoration company. Once in a while, we need an electrician to help provide more power due to an old panel or just insufficient power so we can run our equipment to dry someone's home. Bill was there same day and had our power box hooked up to the breaker in around 30 minutes.
