Roger obtained and installed a generator system for us. He met or exceeded all aspects of the quote. His workmanship is of exceptional quality and he completed all of the tasks promptly. He definitely provides professional and reliable services. We will contact him first on any future electrical needs.

Very nice guy. He made a special trip to look at what we needed done. Didn't feel safe doing it but. The special trip to look was more than most of the others we have called where willing to do. Plus he was upfront on what he saw.

We bought a generator from Roger at Ark Electric. Despite the long delay in the delivery of the generator (due to COVID I suppose), Roger kept us informed and was reassuring that as soon as the generator was delivered to him, we would have it. True to his word, less than a week after the delivery, the generator is installed and ready to go. Roger was courteous, friendly, and even solved a different electrical problem we had at no extra charge. We could not be happier at this point with the service Ark electric provided!
