I live in an apartment complex and have been dealing with a failing roof for the past three years. The apartment complex has contracted with this company and unfortunately they have been out numerous times tarped a small patch on a slanted roof so the water still is coming through the roof and leaking and my ceiling is sagging and raining in my bedroom.

We recently used Ark Design Construction and Roofing, Inc., of Palo Cedro, to replace the roof on our main house, and guesthouse. We are very happy with the process, and outcome. They are very busy so it took over three months to start the project after signing the contract. This was not a surprise. They told us up front they wouldn’t be able to do the job for three to four months. The contractors that did the work showed up on time. Ark Design Construction came out the same day I called. The Owner, Joe, listened and was so helpful. After our meeting I can honestly say I won't be calling anyone else for any projects.
