I purchased an Ark extreme 750kg jockey wheel for my Jayco penguin through repco and after the first time use I had a fault with it and went back to repco and they basically didn’t want anything to do with it and told me it had to go through ark After contacting ark and dealing with Vernon at ark I had I issue resolved straight away Vernon was a lifesaver, we were 1/3 of the way through our trip and with a jockey wheel that didn’t work and Vernon organised the replacement parts and sent them overnight to us to fix it, I can’... read more
Had some problems installing my off road coupling mainly due to insufficient guidance from the retailer, but a phone call to Arc fixed everything and great service from Vernon
7 pin trailer socket failed on assembly. Terminal screw threaded into the plastic housing and stripped out.
