We were considering this group to develop our basement. Contract had been sent and we had more questions after. Instead of answering them, they suddenly said they cannot take on our project and accommodate us. The communication was abruptly stopped because we had asked too many questions. As someone who is going to spend thousands of dollars, it is only right to be able to ask questions and get some kind reassurance their work will be completed to a decent degree.
