I worked with Ark City Greenhouses to send flowers to a friend. I told them my budget and which arrangement from the website that I wanted. I let them know that if they didn't have all of the flowers in the photo, it was fine to substitute with others. It turned out beautifully! My friend was so happy. She sent me pictures and the flowers were great! I appreciated that very much.

Wonderful Customer Service I cannot recommend highly enough the staff at this florist. My brother calls them throughout the year to have them deliver flowers to my fathers grave and they are always very helpful. Since we all live such great distance it is a comfort to know that they take the time and effort to do this at a reasonable cost.

The very worst experience I would not send my enemy to that store. I had cat hair all over my flowers and it smells like cat urine. The place is dirty and the owner is very rude

My husband's grave is at a little cemetery north of Ark City. I'm 500 miles away, so it's not very practical for me to get there to decorate for Memorial Day. The owner of this business delivers the order to the cemetery and I have only heard good reports (and have had good pictures taken) from family and friends there about the display. I so much appreciate the gracious response to my requests for the special attention to my husband's grave.
