Sorry MZ your job was done as a favor to a good customer it is to small for our corporation we deal with jobs that include anywhere from 50,000 to 1 million bricks per project but I will be sure to pass your complaint along
Absolutely would hire again hands down. I had ZERO problems to install 44,000 Queen size facebrick on this house with no cracks or poor workmanship. Basically you get what you pay for and he came back to install an 18’ high fireplace in the interior living room after the fact at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Ted.

Ted Ligas( Tadeusz) the owner of Ark builders is a man with no integrity who plays “ I’m going to do you a favor”, he accepts jobs only to comeback with “ problems “ after the fact when his subcontracted employees point out job logistics to him that he overlooks.Ted was contacted to bid a job, the appointment was for 4:30pm, 4pm Ted texts he’ll be there “6pm“, appointment was rescheduled for 7:30pm.
