Enrique and his crew of Ken, Bob, and Joe assessed my water problem and worked efficiently and professionally to fix it. They installed a moisture membrane in my basement and moved my sump pump discharge away from my house, I can recommend this company and would use them again.

My experience with Ark Basement Services was nothing less than impressive. From meeting with Jim to get the quote, to the workers who installed indoor french drains in 90+ degree heat, everyone was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
Wow! What a wonderful experience working with ARK! From the sales call with Joe, the price, and the crew that did the installation and a couple of follow-up items managed by Michelle. Old school customer service - didn't think that existed anymore! Oh and the system works great these past weeks of BIG storms!
