Seanna and Bob (service tech) were very accommodating to my business work schedule. I called over the Memorial Day holiday weekend regarding a very old sump pump that saw it's 'better days'. My call was promptly returned on Tuesday and service scheduled that week. I would highly recommend ARK Basement Services for any water issues in your home.
Ken, Bob, and Enrique did an amazing job addressing the bowing wall in our basement. They were communicative, prompt, efficient, and clean. I highly recommend ARK basement Services.
Great company to do business with. The battery backup on my sump pump quit working and I called them to replace it. They came out the same day as more storms were coming that evening and replaced the sump pump and battery which was almost 7 years old.
Called them for an estimate for foundation repair. Got a day and time, but they blew it off. No-showing is really unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and call somebody else.
Great company to trust with your house issues. Highly organized, efficient, prompt and polite. Shout out to Ken and Enrique who impressed me with their willingness to go the extra mile and their competency.
