We had a broken pipe on our sump pump in the basement. Posted a video asking for recommendations to Facebook and Seanna reached out almost immediately. After giving Ark a call and speaking with Seanna she had Bob and Nate to our home within 2 hours. An hour after they arrived the job was completed. Extremely fair pricing (much lower than we anticipated) and incredible response time for being 2 days before a major holiday. I would recommend Ark Basement Services to anyone in need of their multiple services.
What a great group of people at this company. Our basement was repaired with a 50 year warranty, the staff from the phone to the install were so professional and helpful. This was so much more reasonable than we expected. Thank you so much!
They were always on time and very kind. They did great work and hope that it will help the water problem in our basement! I would definitely recommend them.
