We have been taking the cat to Ark for the past 16 years……. Always busy, half the time they don’t answer the phones… n if u question them that I have called several times they tell u well we only have one doctor ( Dr Andrews ) n we are very busy….why do they schedule so many patients n are behind knowing that it’s only one doctor?
