We have been bringing our dog here for the past four years, and unfortunately our experience tonight was the final straw. Repeatedly, appointments have run 45 minutes to an hour behind schedule, followed by another 20–30 minute wait in the exam room before being seen. We have tried to be understanding, because delays can happen, but this has become a consistent pattern. I am immeasurably grateful to the staff and Dr Jones. Zelda had been going there for years for her medical treatments, and we have been met with patience, respect, and compassion throughout our time there. Today, the staff supported us through one of the biggest challenges... knowing when to let go. Dr Jones and the whole staff gave my family peace and comfort in navigating the process.
