Awesome staff that care about the animals they treat.
just a couple of months after moving to casper from out of state my 16 yr old cat, started showing signs of illness. I called The Ark from a Google search, they got him in the very same day. I sadly had to make the decision to not let him suffer. The staff was amazing and so kind through the entire process. The Dr was amazing and genuinely showed compassion for me and my cat. Courteous, gentle with our cat, and had a genuine concern for his well-being. I'm editing this a year later. All the above is true, they were very gentle with my cat. The problem is, when my cat was sick and near the end, and we had to put him to sleep we asked for some sort of medicine to calm him for the drive to the office. Because he was so stressed and scared. They told us to crush up allergy medicine and put it in his food. It did not work. Dr Julie was amazing. The staff were slightly unorganized but nice enough. The reason for the 2 star review is I called and was quoted a price of $60 for a lab test (CMP) and was charged $110.
