Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful. They are attentive and thorough. Years ago I brought in a baby squirrel that had been bitten by a botfly. They were the only ones who’d help. They removed the larva and dressed the wound, when others told me I shouldn’t have the squirrel. I just wanted to help it. The Ark Animal Hospital cared more about helping the little critter.

We had to use the Ark last week in an emergency (our Vet was out of town). The staff was excellent, Dr. Jones and his assistant showed great compassion and knowledge, they were wonderful. I can only recommend this clinic and will use it from now on. U. Ringle
Excellent. Love the support staff and the vet is great with animals. My timid Pom is treated like a king when he boards there and no longer cringes when he has to go to the vets.
Dr. Jay Jones compassionate and knowledgeable care for pretty much any furry animal is what one needs at caring for his or her pet. Dr. Jones has partnership with the Minnesota Urolith Center, so after he removed the stone from my 12 y.o. female Miniature Schnauzer bladder, we were able to confirm the type of stone it was (Dr. Jones knew before the report arrived), and put my dog on the proper diet to avoid a recurrence. The surgery, which is heavy, was successful, and my dog went back to normal in less than a week.

I just want to say that this that took such good care of my little Abigail that I am in total awe . I I was previously attending my other vet for over 10 years and they didn't give me any satisfaction just wanted to more money . Dr. Jones treated my dog in a timely manner and a really good price I had no idea that the antibiotics that other vets give to these dogs could cause all these problems thank the Lord that I found dr. Jones
