Ark Animal Hospital is A+++++++++++++++++++++ I wont go anywhere else. Dr Fulcher tells you what you need to hear to make the right decision for you loved ones. I have 4 dogs and a Cat and they all go to Ark. He has opened early to see them and has a very caring staff. I always get reminder cards for appointments. I couldn't ask for a better vet. Thank You, Dr. Fulcher
Paws up for the Ark! I've had animals for all of my life and never have I had such a caring group of veterinary professionals treat my pets. The facility is spotless and the staff, well, in my opinion you couldn't ask for better.
I’m not very happy with the stuff. My baby girl had surgery at ark animal hospital. I took her bed, and blanket so she can feel comfortable. They never let her use it. Asked about it twice both times they said she was using it. Which was a lie both times. Never got out of the bag. If they can lie about little stuff like that what else do they lie about. Never got a call on how she was doing.

My husband has been taking our dogs to Ark Animal Hospital for 5 years or more! Since Bill Fulcher has retired things have changed drastically. We are senior citizens on Social Security and was able to make payments on our account before Bill left. Now they have gotten very rude and nasty and has my 73 year old husband very upset. The woman he spoke to today was rude and very unprofessional. Guess they will lose more customers now!!
I had never used Ark until just recently. I adopted an 8 week old Rott mix puppy that needed his shots. They were able to sneak me in on a cancelled appt. The staff was wonderful, the doc was fantastic, and Tirton (my puppy) actually had fun while in the office. Will definitely continue to use Ark and recommend them to others.
We love ark!! They take the BEST care of all our babies and are always so loving when our dogs think they own the clinic
We had an emergency with our little Chihuahua Peanut on Sunday. Talked to the Vet, explained the situation and he told my son in law that if he didn't have $160 he would not see Peanut. Not even 15 minutes later our little Peanut passed. There's a chance he could of saved her life and maybe not, but we realized that he (vet) cares more for the money than our babies. This is where I used to take all my babies but not anymore. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to this business again.
