Ark Animal Hospital is very unfriendly I had called Ark Animal Hospital for an appt. to get my cat neutered. She asked my name and then informed me she wasn't taking any new patients. My question is why did you ask my name if you knew ahead of time you weren't taking any new patients. Very unprofessional. Their loss and another vet's gain.
