Great service! Highly recommend! I had my dog here for 4 years, and they took very good care of both her (Zoey) and myself. After being away for 7 years now, they still have all of my records on file. They were excellent in getting my files faxed to me as soon as we got off the phone. They even had my status as active, although I had been away for 7 years! They still had us in mind ! Very pleasant to deal with.
Patient Care Comes First Here! I have tried a few different vets in Eau Claire and have never been impressed with anyone enough to go back....until now. Dr. Stepanek is very caring and truly puts his patients needs and well being as top priority. Excellent Veterinary Practice! Ark Animal Hospital is a great clinic! They obviously must be good if they are so busy that they aren't able to take new clients. Not only are they super friendly and knowledgeable but they are also very generous! Dr. Jeff is always donating his services to the local Humane Association and is a great vet and a great person. Although all the vets in Eau Claire do a great job, The Ark goes above and beyond expectations.
Student Services Coordinator Perhaps the receptionist asked for your name to see if you were in their database -- that is not unusual for busy offices. I have used this vet for over thirty years and never had a unsatisfactory experience -- to rate the Ark as unsatisfactory based on a single experience seems a little nasty. That is why we form relationships with service providers and why service providers limit their new clients: they care.
Paper carrier I had called Ark as well about getting my cat put to sleep. She had asked me how old and the sex of the cat. Then she had informed me that they are not accepting any new clients. My question is, how is anyone suppose to find a vet that is close to their house when they don't have a vehicle?
Ark Animal Hospital is awesome In response to the previous comment. They ask your name to see if you are already a client. I worked their previously. Dr. Stepanek is extermely busy and an extremely good vet, he just doesn't have time for new patients!
