My precious 14wo broke her forepaw. I was able to get her seen, her leg temporarily set, and a candid prognosis. We’re still in process, but Dr Paul was/is amazing and so reassuring. I’m thankful for him and all the staff. Jesenia, especially, has been a tremendous help and a calming presence.
Found a kitten with a bulging eye. The county was. Going to put him down immediately so I brought him to Ark. Everyone I've spoke to has been very helpful, understanding, and compassionate. Both vets looked at the kitten and determined his eye had to be removed. I found the kitten in a bush, I'm not exactly in a position to fork out $1500 for a random eye surgery. Thank you SO much for working with me on that. This place really has gone above and beyond in helping me and my kitten out.
Fraudulent practice. Do not recommend this place. I love Paul to pieces but his staff is ridiculous. If it was just Paul alone, I’d be giving 5 stars. Being that his staff is who you see 90% of the time, I don’t recommend. They did not add donations to my account that they received. They said they had no record of the transactions for the donations but the people who donated to my account have records of them. When I turned that in, I was told they still had no record.
