We've been taking our pets to the Ark since 2016. The staff have always been very compassionate and understanding. A couple of years ago, my Thunder got very sick and needed to be hospitalized and they saved his life. This year, he was unresponsive and my wife called ahead as I rushed him in. Dr. Williams waited to go to lunch for my arrival. Unfortunately, he did not make it, but the staff was great and helped me through the process. Am I the only person having to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get called back every time I go in & another 20 to 30 minutes to get a rabies vaccination? I have several fuzzy babies, & I have to wait every time I need anything done. I am seriously considering changing vets
