I love Ark Animal Hospital. All their doctors and technicians are great. You can tell they really care about your animals. They might not be the cheapest place to take your pet, but I believe they're worth every penny.
I am giving them 1star based on my appointment yesterday. I have an Amazon parrot, I made an appt for a nail trim. I got to the appt and they confirmed that I was there for a nail trim. Dr Rambo, took her back to a room for 5 mins then brought her back to me and charged me $112.00. How in the world could I be charged $112.00 for trimming a small birds nails, she only has 8 total toes unlike a dog that has 18, and a large dog nail trim is far less than $112.00. My boy Covy had a mass on his back left paw that was growing. We took him here because it grew quickly in two weeks. We were seen, they did a biopsy to make sure it wasnt the worst cancer, the one that spreads to organs. Lucky for us it wasnt. We were told that thry could do the mass removal in a couple weeks if needed. He may lose his toe though... we were sent home and two days later it ballooned.
