I am immeasurably grateful to the staff and Dr Jones. Zelda had been going there for years for her medical treatments, and we have been met with patience, respect, and compassion throughout our time there. We have been bringing our dog here for the past four years, and unfortunately our experience tonight was the final straw. Repeatedly, appointments have run 45 minutes to an hour behind schedule, followed by another 20–30 minute wait in the exam room before being seen. We have tried to be understanding, because delays can happen, but this has become a consistent pattern. Dr. Jones is my favorite vet in the world! She's kind, patient and so genuinely interested in how your animals are doing and their health. She loves to know that pets are being loved. She's wonderful with our two cats and two huskies!
Our Veterinarian until we moved to NJ. since I moved from this area to New Jersey, I miss this place more and more! Dr Jones is the best veterinarian. She takes great care of our pet family. Entire hospital is welcoming and compassionate to the max. Will not go anywhere else! Coming back for a teeth cleaning.
