I wish I could leave 0 stars. They “accidentally” did a communal cremation and disposal of my yorkie poo who I’ve had for 12 years. I requested and paid for a private cremation and for the remains to come home to us so we could plant him under a tree in our yard. I lost a pregnancy 3 months ago, quickly followed by losing our only pet. My 4 year old asks me EVERY DAY for a baby and for Reese to come back.
