I have done work for them and they wont pay. This is the second time they have taken months to pay, Eddie stops responding to emails anytime they owe money. We are a family business and any builder taking advantage of local family business should be shut down.

You are building a house on Van Dyke road that looks terrible. Seems to be taking forever to build and it has weeds growing out of the building itself! Not a good advertisement for your business!
They build homes and leave them exposed to the elements for years. They start finishing before they have hvac on or windows in. I’d get a IH to review for mold if you intend to buy one of their homes. Owner is rude and has no regard for neighbors where he builds. Project is 3 years old.
