They do decent nail work — I’ll give them that. But service and communication matter just as much as skill, and that’s where the problem is. On the phone, it’s all “yes, yes, yes” to everything. But when you actually show up for your appointment, suddenly it’s “no,” “I don’t know,” “I’m not sure.” That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s inconsistency and dishonesty. I’m disappointed that this place didn’t live up the reviews I’ve seen, in my experience. I went twice, once for a fill & pedicure, once for a full set. The first time I noticed that they work very slowly minus Akira, who finished my nails & did the design on them. She was quick & efficient. This time, for my full set, I was expecting it to be slow (it took 3 hours) but not as unskilled as it was.
