Arranged a call out, Andy suggested sending photos prior to visit. He then got back in contact and suggested over the phone a fix which resolved the issue. Great integrity and will happily use for any future issues

We rang ARJ as an emergency when our fuse board stopped working on Saturday and despite being on his holidays he kindly talked us through the issues and helped us fix the problem! We will certainly be using the company again for any future electrical needs. Thank you very much.
