Bill & Austin are the best!!! Desert Toy Box deserves at least 10 stars. They were super accommodating, friendly and made our new (to us) motorhome purchase a breeze. They even came to us to appraise our trade in! Also, we took our beautiful Jayco out today for its maiden voyage to Laughlin. We absolutely love it!! Thank you guys so much! Lance & Connie
Austin, the Service Department, helped us out tremendously & fixed some one else's mistake as well.
The owner, Bill, seems to not be very friendly or accommodating to new customers. Maybe he was having a bad day or something, but we took our business elsewhere. We very much value customer service and first impressions with our business decisions.
We sold our Razor XP Pro thru desert toy box. Bill, the owner, was very helpful with all the paperwork and Blue Book value along with keeping the vehicle clean while it was on his lot. He kept us updated on prospective buyers and the razor was sold at the price we wanted in a relatively short time. Along with with the successful sale of our vehicle we also made a friend. Thank you Bill Murray!!
Called Austin on his cell, made arrangements for a mobile visit. He showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to our concerns, went over the Rv trailer carefully, made some adjustments, explained clearly and offered some suggestions. It was a nice experience. Thank you Austin. Rick
