We had an issue with a honeycomb shade that was installed 9 years ago. We tried several times to reach the business that sold us the shade. They did not respond. So I googled other companies and liked what I saw online about Blind Brothers. Desiree was lovely on the phone and assured us that if they came out and couldn't fix it, Carlos would not charge us. Very happy with Arizona's Blind Brothers. I wanted to upgrade to shutters throughout my newly purchased home. Sales Rep Jordan did a great job presenting me with different option for style and functionality. I got multiple estimates and they won in all categories. The quality and look was better than what the competitors were offering and the price was better. It took 8-9 weeks for manufacturing (as predicted by Jordan) and the install team did a great job making my home look even better. Thank you Arizona's Blind Brothers.

If I could give 6 stars I would, Jordan is perfection. This is our second time working with Jordan and he already feels like an old friend. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I would refer him to anyone who needs more assistance with picking out products. I never knew how overwhelming all the options would be, but Jordan helped to put my mind at ease.
