When managing the health of those you love, having the best care is a priority. For my daughter, this was no exception. Mayo took time to see her, be thorough, help her understand in terms that made sense and really helped her feel a sense of control in an otherwise confusing and scary medical situation. Grateful for the team here and the only thing that could make Mayo better was if they offered Primary Care to patients in Arizona.

One of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a doctors office. I could not get my medical records or access my patient portal. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of a person and I left several messages but received no return call. I was about to drive to the office but on my last ditch effort, someone finally answered the phone. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. First and foremost, my OB Dr. Heathcott is wonderful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I completely trust her and feel lucky to have her with me along this journey. The two in house Phlebotomists, Melody and Stephanie, are also angels, and incredibly kind. I usually have a very hard time with blood draws but they are true professionals and made me feel so comfortable. I am so grateful for them!

I transferred to Dr. Heathcott’s office after graduating from my IVF clinic following two miscarriages. Reaching my OB was a huge milestone for my husband and me, and unfortunately my experience with this office quickly became concerning. Throughout my pregnancy, the office was consistently running 25–30 minutes behind. While inconvenient, that alone wasn’t my main concern. What became troubling was the repeated pattern of mistakes, missed communication, and lack of follow-through. Around 20 weeks, I was referred to a Matern... read more

Unfortunately, my first experience with this practice came during one of the most difficult times of my life... a pregnancy loss requiring a D&C procedure. From the very beginning, every person I encountered treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. During a time when I felt scared, overwhelmed, and heartbroken, they made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Langer was incredible. She took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and ensure I felt comfortable with my care plan. Due to the circumstances and t... read more
