I read all of the reviews and submitted for an appointment. Someone called back and I was scheduled. I arrive on time and all of my paperwork had been submitted and they had it. Such a great start. My appointment was terrible. I wasn't listened to by the tech and the NP was unpleasant and rough in her words and technique. The NP found a lump in my breast and put content in the notes. When I went to get a mammogram, the radiologist wrote a response in CAPITAL LETTERS REFUTING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE NPs NOTES. Every single th... read more

Unfortunately my experience with the staff here has been less than stellar. Overall, my biggest complaint is the fact that they are hard to get a hold of. I always end up leaving voicemails that never get returned. I’ve also used the patient portal to try and message the staff three different times with no responses even after over a week. A horrible office. Quick to want to do surgery. Quick to contradict themselves. Slow at communicating. Nurse, Jaq is unprofessional and her bedside manner is disgusting. Manager Michelle belittles patients and the second you have a concern she suggests you go elsewhere. Medical assistants violate HIPAA (several times), reading my ultrasound results in front of other patients in a hallway connected to the waiting room, Front desk makes appointments and forgets to actually submit the appointment. DO NOT GO HERE.

Highly recommend for IUD placement under sedation! I previously had a horrible experience somewhere else, and I was shocked at how easy this was.

From the very first phone call, I could tell this office wouldn’t be a good fit. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and would have much rather been told they aren’t accepting new patients than be treated as if I didn’t understand how insurance works. I actually work in insurance and am well aware that with a group number, insurance provider, and ID number, it’s absolutely possible to determine network status. The dismissive and unprofessional attitude I encountered was unnecessary and disappointing.
