I’ve been meaning to leave this review forever, but always get sidetracked — so here it is! First off, I’ve seen some reviews complaining about wait times. Yes, sometimes you do have to wait a bit, but that’s every doctor’s office. It’s completely normal. Don’t let the “Karens” in the reviews scare you off 🙄 — good care is worth waiting for. I also want to highlight one of the front desk girls (I feel so bad I’m blanking on her name!), she has red hair and is always so kind and helpful. She’s gone out of her way multiple ti... read more

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Communication is spotty with the providers regarding test and such. Biggest conflict would be the DRs are still advising expecting mothers to take Tylenol for any pain, this is in complete disregard to all the devastating consequences that have been associated with the medication recently. Would expect a Dr to do the due diligence in regard to continued education in the relevancy to there field. If they disagree with something explain your thought process and why you feel that way then gi... read more

I was told they accepted my insurance and I was all set for my apt. I filled all the forms out online. (MANY pages) I showed up for my apt and checked in. I sat down. A few minutes later, they told me they don't accept my particular insurance plan. I was originally told when I made the apt that they did. They did not even bother to apologize. I took off work for this apt. Also, they NEVER answer their calls. How are there so many positive reviews? This practice is a joke!

I read all of the reviews and submitted for an appointment. Someone called back and I was scheduled. I arrive on time and all of my paperwork had been submitted and they had it. Such a great start. My appointment was terrible. I wasn't listened to by the tech and the NP was unpleasant and rough in her words and technique. The NP found a lump in my breast and put content in the notes. When I went to get a mammogram, the radiologist wrote a response in CAPITAL LETTERS REFUTING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE NPs NOTES. Every single th... read more

Unfortunately my experience with the staff here has been less than stellar. Overall, my biggest complaint is the fact that they are hard to get a hold of. I always end up leaving voicemails that never get returned. I’ve also used the patient portal to try and message the staff three different times with no responses even after over a week. Here are some other notable moments from having just been a patient for a month and only being seen once: -MA forgot to put in the order for my gender test and genetic testing -We were tol... read more
