Six weeks ago I had $11k worth of windows installed in my home. There were a few issues a broken latch, a defective window that needs to be replaced, and mis applied caulking that I was told, if I do not paint it, it would void my warranty. My wife has been trying to call for assistance and we have not received a call back. Very frustrating from a company who boasts about their 5-star reviews.
