Beware, very nice and helpful,, but looking to fleece and scam in my opinion. Take pics and videos of the PROP!, Otherwise they want you to buy a new one! We had a nice time , didn't put one scratch on the boat, and we certainly didn't hit anything with the propeller, and they tried to charge us for a new one! I only took one pic of the thing , thinking that would be fine. My camera just barely picked up a defect so in the end we weren't charged. Overall a lackluster experience from a customer service standpoint
