Made an appointment for dryer duct cleaning but they never showed up at the appointment time. Called 3x to leave message but never got a call back. Not recommended.
Called this business to obtain a price quote for dryer vent cleaning. The individual answered the phone "service" and would not provide the requested information. He hung up on me. I called back thinking we had been inadvertently disconnected. That was not the case. He said he hung up on me because he didn't have time for people calling to get pricing information.
