Dr. Gamber and staff were amazing. We had scheduling issues with the hospital, Dr. Gamber's office took care of everything. My condition was very serious, yet I was treated with respect and attention. I was troubled to see some of the negative reviews as my experience was the best I have had in regards to medical community. A definite Recommendation from me. Thank you Team AZ Urology Specialist for your excellent care from kidney failure to full restoration with no loss of function.
Horrible customer service. The Dr is good, the staff, not so much. My first experience with this office, THEY messed up my mom's appointment, & then acted like, oh well. Then I called today to let them know my mom passed away, & ZERO empathy . I don't expect tears, I just expect, "oh, sorry to hear that". Not what I got. "OK, what's her date of birth? OK, I'll make a note of that"!! Horrible customer service.
Scott Young is outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him.
I would give a minus star for such a bad medical service. They claim they are urology specialists, the only one I saw in the practice is a P.A., guys I am paying to see a specialist not a P.A. I would rather stay with my PCP who is an MD. I tried to go to another location, they denied the transfer. You guys are playing the monopoly.
Dr. Gamber and his staff are very caring and thorough. We highly recommend them.
