I went to an appointment on 10/24/25. I have a disability and use a service dog. Thier official new office policy is that service dogs are not allowed. This is totally illegal and I'm pursuing all legal remedies.
Surgery scheduled without mine or the doctors knowledge, I only found out because they called to confirm less than a week before. Arrived to no accommodations for myself or wheelchair. The charge nurse told me they usually only serve ambulatory people, which sounded very much to me like I was unwelcome due to my condition.
