Attentative and thorough
Professional, courteous, and efficient—my A/C is working great now. Robert is an awesome guy—knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The front desk lady (I didn’t catch her name) was also very professional and welcoming. Excellent customer service all around!
Very happy with the service I received. They did a fantastic job on filling my A/C and fixed the harness on my door. The hospitality was awesome. Thank you for everything you do.
I tried to call 3 times today on my husband's behalf to request some information and this rude and unprofessional "lady" kept hanging up on me without even let me talk, and it turns out she answers both lines. If you are having a bad day girl or you don't want to work then leave work for someone who does wants to work and don't waste people's time.
