Every time I go to the Showroom. I’m greeted with a smile! This morning it was Suzanne and Debbie Working at the front desk. As usual a big smile and an offer to help! Everyone I refer to this store is impressed with the service!! From the showroom to the order desk to loading area, they are great!!!
I was in Arizona tile today and I want to report that I received excellent service from Suzanne. She was exceptional in assisting me to made decisions. She saw that I was alone struggling with decision and she came to the “rescue”. She represents the gold standard of how each of your sales force should address every customer who enters your facility, it just select customers. Thanks to her along I had a wonderful experience
