Tamara is very talented and understands the human body so well. She always helps ease any pain or stiffness, especially in my neck. It's not often I find a massage therapist who knows how to stretch my neck and ease the tension.

I was referred to Tamara at Arizona Therapeutic Massage by a friend, and just had the most amazing massage. Tamara is intuitive, friendly, and brings over 26 years of experience to her practice. And you can tell. I feel so much lighter and centered after she alleviated weeks of shoulder and neck tension. She is not afraid to get into the neck like many other massage therapists are, and my neck feels better than it has in years. I had such a wonderful experience with Tamra. Her space is warm, welcoming, and has the cutest decorations. I had my first lymphatic drainage massage and appreciate that Tamra educated me on the technique and how it differs from Swedish massages. I walked out feeling much lighter and relaxed. Thank you Tamra for such a wonderful experience!
