Ralph, Lucio and his team were fantastic. They removed our torn awning, repaired it, and put back it up within 24 hours. I can't recommend them highly enough. Two thumbs up!
I had the shade sail installed by this company Arizona Superior Awning . It's been only one year since the install and the whole entire thing is already falling apart. I sent him pictures of what it looks like now and he says the damage was caused by a recent storm we had here in Arizona . The Shade Sail came with a 10 year warranty but the company refuses to come back out to repair the damage because 'they say' it was caused by a storm .
