After a week of calling and asking to get a prescription filled before a procedure I finally decided I will not be back. It shouldn’t take 6 to 7 phone calls to get a prescription filled.
Had a great experience at Arizona State Urological Institute. The doctor listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time providing detailed explanations.

Great reminder about an appointment that was scheduled 6 months earlier. Communication is top notch. I knew exactly what I would have to pay before I went in. Waiting time was minimal. I have complete faith in Dr. G and his staff in taking care of my bladder issue. Would definitely recommend this office.
I was very pleased by quick appointment time and office professionalism and assistance with new patient paperwork. Dr. was very professional and answered all questions and profided game plan to move forward with treatment.
