Another good experience with the doctor
My husband Ben has been a patient for about 6 yrs and is very happy with his doctors....
I got lost so I was few .minutes late. Everyone i apologized to said don't worry about you're fine. Really made me feel welcome. Very nice staff. Dr listened to my concerns, ordered tests to see what can be done to help.
The staff and the girl at the reception desk were great. That being said, if I could give the DOCTOR (Dr Seifert) less than one star, I would. From the second he walked into the room he was extremely dismissive and aggitated with my presence in general, it seemed. He denied my symptoms. At one point he literally told me that it doesn't make sense that I have prostate issues because im only 41 years old and "barely even have a prostate at 41 years old," (as if to say he doesn't believe I am having the symptoms I'm telling him... read more
Dr Siefer was very poor in his manner. Dismissed my pain and said he had been doing this for 40+ years, that is not how my body works, so my pain is impossible. I attempted to reason with him and he had zero interest of discussing the matter. He was very happy to show me how he used AI to research my symptoms during a football game he was watching, but admitted that it was too much to read, so he said he printed it for me to read.
