We contracted with Tracy on March 24th. After waiting 2 months, one of the shutters had the wrong measurements. It is September, we have been calling every two weeks since June asking for the missing shutter, every two weeks is the same answer in two weeks. Finally the owner answer, we have being very patient and he threatens with suing us if we don’t let him finish his job. He sends the shutter and oh surprise, different design and different color.
Jay and his installation team did a fantastic job with our shutters. My wife and I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, cleanliness, and pride they take in their work. We will be using them again very soon. Highly recommended!
Within a day after I called, Tracy was here to help me with my order of Hunter Douglas blinds. Within a month my blinds were delivered and expertly installed by Shawn. Exceptional service.
