I rarely do a review unless the product, service, or company is exceptional. Arizona Solar Wave checked all the boxes on being an exceptional company, including 25+ years in business, a BBB A+ rating, and being locally owned. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my solar system. I spoke to several representatives. Arizona Solar Wave was the only one that didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. This company installed a solar system on my house in 2019 and hired a sub contractor to do a roof replacement at the same time. when the monsoon season started to hit this summer i noticed a leak had appeared and upon inspecting it during the storm i discovered there was a leak directly under where my panels are installed. I contacted Arizona solar waive and explained the problem. Working with the Arizona Solar Wave team has been a phenomenal experience for multiple reason! 1 - Initial Offer: I originally reached out in January 2025 to compare solar options. Justin Bradley was patient, insightful, and most importantly, genuine. I had mentioned that a door-to-door salesmen, who's company will remain unnamed, offered solar leasing with a 1.99% annual increase and that I had signed a letter to begin the process - Justin informed me that this was a scheme used to lock people into crazy expensive leases wi... read more
Michael and Brad were awesome to work with. Michael had to work hard to convince me to go with fewer panels, I wanted to fill the roof! He showed me that the right number of panels would have faster payback and still minimize our electric bill. After 4 years, we are still happy with our system, I've been tracking savings based on pre-solar electric bills and we are on track for 11 year payback versus 15 they said to expect.
