7-10-26 It's been 7 weeks and the roof is still there, so it must be fine: 5* for the roof, 3* for customer service & responsiveness. However, I signed the contract with Albert, the salesman/project manager, for white GAF materials, but then he later called saying GAF white was not available, and that he had changed it to Owens Corning Shasta White (without mentioning that GAF warranty was 50 yrs, O/C was 10; why would anyone choose 10 yrs rather than 50?) 5-26 Roof installed; all went beautifully. 6-25 I texted requesting r... read more

Brandon Franklin with AZ Sky Roofing Consultants is solid. Real professional, real punctual, and actually communicates instead of disappearing once he gets your business. He breaks things down in a way that makes sense without trying to pressure you or talk over your head. Brandon Franklin did an excellent job repairing my parents’ roof. From start to finish, he kept in constant contact with me, which I really appreciated. He sent photos throughout the process, clearly explained what was being done, and always let me know when he would arrive and when the job was completed.
