After seeing two ENTs who ignored my concerns, I decided not to give up and keep searching. I found the Arizona Sinus Center and was impressed with their website, specially Dr. Haegen. I called to get an appointment, but they first asked for the name of the two previous ENT doctors I had seen. They took care of getting all the information they needed and then called me to schedule an appointment. Very professional! The male that handles the phone for this doctor is the rudest person EVER. I called and tried to schedule an appointment with Dr Haegan, and each time he picked up the phone he was unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn’t tell me what paperwork was needed, how to send it, etc., which is confusing as you think he would want the practice to have more patients. Eventually after two weeks of me following up to see if the necessary paperwork was received, he told me Dr Haegan doesn’t deal with what I needed and then hung up the phone on ... read more

I was so excited learning about Dr.Rehl. It's truly a shame the office staff doesn't seem to care. They represent and are the face of his practice. I sent an online request for an appointment. A few weeks later, I called and left a voice-mail asking for the same. Here it is a month later... not even a courtesy call. I will be moving on.
