Ms. Tarlika Patel, her lovely family and the caring staff at AZ Shining Star took exceptional care of my mother for four years. The facility is set up perfectly for a “discriminating” senior. (My mother was the personification of persnickety - a bit ocd - but even she felt at home in this clean well-appointed environment.) This home is pretty and nicely designed with 10 individual bedrooms with private bathrooms. It is close to home - Scottsdale and in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. My mother was a seven year resident at Arizona Shining Star until her recent passing at 102 years of age. During her lengthy stay she was always happy and well cared for by the Patel Family and the staff and she considered her room there her home. She never missed a meal and always enjoyed her afternoon snack from her "#2 son" Romeo. This is an amazing place to bring your loved one. They care for your loved one like they are part of their family! Who wouldn't want your loved one to be cared for like that. They are very attentive to your loved one"s needs and I love that it operates just like a home and not some type of facility! The owner, family and staff does an amazing job at making sure the care they give is with dignity and respect! You couldn't ask for a better place!
