This business is worth of five stars Ron is the best!!! He is the only technician who has been able to get my Janome machine to work properly. He is knowledgeable, reasonable for prices, and prompt with a turnaround of a matter of days. Do not bother to go anywhere else; you cannot do better.

They are very nice until you need them to come into your home for service, they do not service their products very very fast. Think they need a repairman.
