Best experience ever! Passed the school tests first try! Kay and the other instructors are truly amazing! Take the in person classes!

A lot of material, great constructors (Kay + Patti!), and some good fun along the way…they definitely prepare the students well for licensure.

our class got Kate and Patti. they were wonderful. we learned a ton. this is a great place to learn to become a realtor. even an investor or real property whom doesn't want to be a licensed realtor can benefit through class

Kay is an excellent real estate instructor. Very knowledgeable with decades of experience. Explains things to help you remember content more easily. Makes class fun too! I highly recommend Kay to anyone who is looking to get into real estate!
