Best sake in the US! I used to live in Japan, so I know good sake when I taste it. This is very high quality. And you can get versions that use local ingredients, like desert herbs and prickly pear. Very inventive. I stock up on Arizona Sake whenever I'm in AZ.
I ordered Sake Lees (sake kasu). It's hard to get bunch of sake lees in America. But now, we can get it here. I'm so glad to find here. Thank you so much for the sake kasu, and looking forward to next time😁
